Greetings from Maine………
An early spring, and early ice-out has us putting in docks and cleaning up the yard when we're usually impatiently watching the lake ice as it slowly melts away.   I feel as though we've been given the gift of an extra month to enjoy our lake!

This morning I heard the unmistakable sounds of geese flying overhead.  Most of our migrators have continued north, and this flock may have kept going, too, since I see no sign of them on the water now.
